This Paring knife is handmade in 1095 with a tiny bit of clay hamon, heat treated to be 63-64HRC near the edge. the edge is near zero ground so it is extremely sharp. slight covex grind. The handle is stabilized dyed maple burl and resin with brass pins and gflex marine epoxy. High carbon kitchen knives are not dishwasher safe.
