Bowie In Cannister Damascus Core Stainless San Mai with Maple Burl handle
The blade is made from a core composed of 52100 ball bearings and powdered 1090 plus 4% nickel for contrast. The cladding is 303 stainless, a very tough non hardening stainless. The core steel is heat treated to ~60 HRC. The guard is forged from mild steel with a matte finish. The handle is Stabilized Spalted Maple. Comes with a brown or black leather sheath.
8.5" blade, 14.25" overall. .25" thick at the spine.
